A relative of mine was pleased when she attended several years ago. There was an article about possible changes in the nursing program when SV merged w/ Bayonne Hospital a short time ago. Perhaps you can find it on-line in the archives of the "Staten Island Advance." Best of luck.

I'm wondering if there is in fact a science test. When I spoke with someone from the 'learning center' she said there was a 2nd test, in READING & MATH. Another candidate, however, said she knew someone who went through the program and took a preliminary SCIENCE test. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.

The test is 3 hrs. and has three sections: Reading, Math, and English. I took the test and passed, and now I'm waiting to hear about the next step. Does anyone know how the screening process works? Are there additional tests? Are there 2 interviews? Thank you.

I passed the c-net exam for the Bklyn/Manh Board of Ed LPN programs. I am waiting to hear from them about the next step in the screening process. Are there 1 or 2 interviews? Are there any additional tests (Science, perhaps) or essays I should prepare for? I would appreciate any information you could provide.
