Hello nurses! My husband, children and I are desparately wanting to move to the johnson city area. We have visited several times and just fell in love with the area and people. I miss the southern hospitality from which I was raised by and long to return to it. I have just started my research of area healthcare facilities and Im getting alot of good information, but I believe the best info usually comes from those in the know.....so if anyone could please be so kind as to answer some questions I would greatly appreciate it! What kind of pay could I expect (4 years exp mostly LTC and hospice), what are some good/bad places, are there any places that help to further my career as in LPN to RN? How far is the drive distance to surrounding areas if I wouldn't be able to find work in johnson city..............Any other info would be great as well!!!!!
