  1. Hi! I am a 35 year old male, who is not much of a science person. With that being said every where turn the thought of nursing keeps coming back to me. At the age of 18 I was involved in a car accident that nearly took my life. During my 75 day stint at the hospital I had some really wonderful nurses that really helped me get through it. I am a single parent with 2 young boys. I have started taking some of the prerequisite courses for a one year program offered at a local Univerisity. I think I have a lot to offer the field from my personal experience and really think I would enjoy. But I am very hesitant, I am afraid that I won't be able to get through the program. Is it possible to be a parent and a student, and an employee at the same time. And be successful at all of them.
