  1. i just finished my first year on a med/surg floor and am ready for something different. i am interested in a couple of different areas: peds, nicu, l&d, postpartum, maybe even more med/surg. just want to hear some advice/stories about other specialties from other nurses so i can make a decision. any advice?
  2. 1. i took 75 questions on march 1st 2. i took kaplan complete (class time, question trainer, and q-bank) 3. yeah, the ERI, which i did not take 4. it was the longest two days of my life. i kept checking to see if the quick results link would show up early but it didnt. took the whole 48 hours but was worth the wait (i passed) 5. i thought i was failing the entire time i was taking the test. i was freaking out when i left, thinking about how i was going to have to take that test again. the test was the hardest test i have ever taken, which now i see as a good thing...if it was easy then i would have thought i failed for sure. 6. first time and never again!!!:wink2:
