  1. I watched my first patient pass away during clinical rotation in the ICU....we sat and watch as her heart stopped beating and listened to the family cry out emotionally. Once the family had said there goodbyes, I went to help with caring for the body...I noticed that the patient had some feces still coming and when I brought up that I wanted to clean her up, all I was told was. Don't worry about it, we'll double bag her, and that is how she was sent to the funeral home. I was so disturbed by that, it upset me so much....I never want to get to that point in my career...For me to clean her up was my own way of paying respects and treating her body kindly... If I ever get to that point in my career I will walk and not look back...I love people and I love being a Nurse
  2. Oh and make sure it says delivery successful. It cant say ready for delivery or anything else.
  3. You need to actually try to re-register. It will walk you all the way through to choosing your school and then you click next and if it brings up a box saying that . you already have a test scheduled and you need to contact you member board. you cannot register at this time. This is the good pop up. You'll notice I didnt place that in "" because it is alittle different but give it a try.
  4. I believe in the pop up now but nobody could've convinced me 100% before getting my quick results. I know you did it. I am so happy and very proud of everyone. Cant wait to see your post.
  5. Worked for me as well. I Graduated 2008 and tested and failed. Then my husband was deployed over seas so I postponed my career to take care of our home and children while he was gone. I too got the good pop up and I too just found out that I am officially an RN. Don't ever quit dont ever stop trying. We all did all of this to help people. Be kind to yourselves and good luck to all of you.
  6. I too have not been able to do quick results. My test ended around 1:00 or so. I am almost to scared to look when it does. I hope and pray that you also passed this monster with flying colors. Good luck my friend.
  7. I too tested June 27 and my test cut off at 75 questions. I did the pvt and got the good pop up but am still so nervous I made myself physically ill last night. I need to calm down but everytime I do something else races across my mind.
  8. Thanks you do the same and I will be praying for us all.
  9. Let's keep the faith, try to remain positive and pray for comfort and peace of mind until we get our results that say pass. I want to see that so bad, so very bad.
  10. It was the same for me. I could not register again. I know the method behind the madness is that it won't let you re-register if there is no need because you passed. I have read everything on here about pvt and haven't seen any who did it by the steps that havent passed. That still isnt offical enough for me, I want to see my name with a license number beside it, but it gave me some hope earlier today.
  11. keep your head up and keep thinking positive. I took the Nclex-RN Monday June, 27 and the test cut off at 75 questions. I thought I was going to die right there. I got home went to bed and got up this morning and done the pvt and I got the good pop up, but I am still having anxiety about this. Just try to keep your head up..
  12. Hi Carla I am freshman @ PTC in the ADN program. Everything has gone well so far. Good luck with school.
