hello everyone: i'm completing my nursing program (adn) in august 2008 and like to give nclex exam as soon as possible. i found following conflicting statement in texas board of nursing website (ftp://www.bon.state.tx.us/rnexam.pdf) in regards to nclex exam: * a completed application by nclex-rn® examination, all fees, and a photo must be submitted to the board 120 days prior to your graduation date. * the affidavit of graduation (aog) form must be completed by the dean/director of your nursing program. the document must be signed on or after the date of graduation. my question is how it is possible to provide affidavit of graduation (aog) form 120 days prior to graduation date. could someone please guide me to the right direction or kindly explain me the step by step procedure to take nclex examination in houston, texas. thank you all.
