  1. 2nd Degree RN programs in Phillipine

    Im new to this site. Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a challeging question???? I was approached by a fellow co worker who asked me would I be interested in doing a RN program here in US for 16 months and 1 month clinical in the Phillipines. At the end of this process I would have my RN,BSN. Is this program TRUE??? Will I be able to take the RN NCELEX and pass if my studies are based on a Phillipino University RN Program. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
