  1. I had mine done at the Sheriff's Office in Covington...they didn't charge me. But I would call to verify that there isn't a restiction on what area you live in. Good Luck!!
  2. I got my Hep B at the Wellness Center in Covington. At first they said no b/c I was over 18 but then the office said that it was ok and gave it to me. It was only $10 per shot and they were really nice. The State supplies them with only a certain amount of each vaccine, but they mostly deal with WIC, food stamps, basic mother/child healthcare so I don't think their demand for Hep B is very big. Call them first b/c it has been a while since I received them. 985-871-6030. Their address is 1505 N. Florida St. Covington, LA 70433. Good luck!
  3. hey mimi! i'm a 1st semester student commuting to the city & its not bad at all. parking is a pain but if you can afford it there are spaces you can rent monthly right next to the school. good luck!
