Well said! Hopefully someday someone will listen and we'll see some results. I am soon to be entering the profession and I hope all you wise experienced nurses will still be around for guidance. Please don't give up yet!

I attend a 2 year junior college. I am in the RN program it lasts 2 full years or 6 semesters so we go all the way without breaks. It has been tiring, but I'd rather do it that way and get it over with. I am in my last semester-hooray! I graduate 8/7...

I totally agree with you. Nurses are needed so badly yet when you get in nursing school they make it so difficult to make it out. Nursing is hard by nature but all the extra stuff (boot camp) they put you through is ridiculous. I think the instructor...
