I AM STILL NERVOUS ABOUT THE SKILLS/PROCEDURE SO I'VE BEEN WATCHING VIDEOS AND TRYING TO PRACTICE AT HOME...GOOD LUCK TO YOU ...........SORRY FOR THE CAPS LOL

Hi Thanks for the reply, I totally understand sometimes I want to I want to get over this and have tough skin because I know I do...My interview was yesterday and Im hoping it went well I'm suppose to get a call back by next week for my status..I was interviewed by the Nurse HR recruiter and then the DON- she was pretty firm about not bringing in a lazy nurse because the facility is very busy...getting 7 admissions yesterday I've worked in this type of facility before very fast pace..

How do you deal with difficult doctors, patients and family? Thanks for your reply By the way! You didn't get asked about yourself and why do you want to work there ? Did you have questions for the interviewer I am really trying to prepare because I know myself I will get stuck on a question.....but I'm feeling much better than Yesterday I am pretty confident about the interview

Exactly I agree with you 100% because you will not be able to do all of what you suppose to do with that many patients. Especially if they are unable to help themselves at all. It's hard I know I am in that situation right now and don't know how to get out of it.
