THANKS SO MUCH AND CONGRATS TO YOU TOO....I AM WAITING ON MY LETTER FROM THE HR MANAGER THAT I'VE BEEN HIRED JUST DID THE DRUG TEST TODAY I KNOW THAT'S FINE...IT'S IN A HOSPITAL'S REHAB UNIT SO NOTHING LIKE LTC BECAUSE IT'S FAST PACE FALL RISK CLIENTS SHORT STAY MOST OF THE CLIENTS STAY FOR ONLY ABOUT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN THEY GO HOME..... I AM STILL NERVOUS ABOUT THE SKILLS/PROCEDURE SO I'VE BEEN WATCHING VIDEOS AND TRYING TO PRACTICE AT HOME...GOOD LUCK TO YOU ...........SORRY FOR THE CAPS LOL

Hi Thanks for the reply, I totally understand sometimes I want to I want to get over this and have tough skin because I know I do...My interview was yesterday and Im hoping it went well I'm suppose to get a call back by next week for my status..I was interviewed by the Nurse HR recruiter and then the DON- she was pretty firm about not bringing in a lazy nurse because the facility is very busy...getting 7 admissions yesterday I've worked in this type of facility before very fast pace..

HI everyone I finished Practical Nursing school on June2009 Passed the NClEX-PN July 2009:nurse: have been looking for work since no interview's nothing.......I thought the problem was that I haven't worked since July2007 as a CNA?   14. Exactly I agree with you 100% because you will not be able to do all of what you suppose to do with that many patients. Especially if they are unable to help themselves at all. It's hard I know I am in that situation right now and don't know how to get out of it.
