Yeah go to rn.ca.gov then go to on-line services and click on verification and then type in your name and if it comes up you are an RN

I just want to thank all of you for you support and prayers....i am officially an RN now!! I passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now i am sure there is no rhyme or resason to the types of questions you get because i didn't get a lot of priority questions and no delegation questions. Good luck to every one else who is waiting.

yeah, when you take your test you IP becomes invalad...pass or fail

I called the BRN this morning and my file is complete, and they said they used to give hints about if you passed or not but now they dont' even do that. The guy told me i should know the lastest by next week. And the website wasn't updated last night. So that should make all us cali people feel a little better. So i took my test on wednesday and it is now friday and still nothing. California doesn't do the quick results. So how long do i have to wait?? I'm going crazy, i already feel like i failed becuase i didn't get a lot of priority questions or any deligation questions and i only had 75 questions and for only having 75 i feel like i should be able to gauge how well i did, but i can't so i feel like i totally bombed it. Anyways, i already checked the rn.ca.gov site today and my name isn't there. Should i bother checking again today? do they only update it once/day? And if i failed does that mean that my name will just never show up? PLease help i am so stressed:(

Well, i will let you all know if i passed or not, i'm so scared. I just really don't want to have to study again....i think thats the worst part!!!!

I took my test today and i feel the same way!!! I got 75 questions and a lot of content questions and about a million select all that apply and several priority questions. I also got a lot of meds that i had no clue what they were. Anyways, i'm right there with you as far as the waiting goes. I'm sure you passed. I have to wait till friday to find out. And like you i need my Rn to start work. Good luck!

I took my test today and the computer shut off after 75 questions. Thats not why i think i failed. I think i failed because i got a lot of content questions like what to look for in hypokalemia, and stuff like that. I kept getting a bunch of meds and i had no clue what they were and i couln't even begin to take an educated guess. Then i had 5 million select all that apply questions and i always do horrible on those. So i am really bumbed, oh and i got a question on infection control more than once. I did get several priority questions but not enough to make me feel like i passed or to make me feel like i was even in the passing range. I took kaplan that cost me $500 and i studied every day for 5 weeks. I feel stupid and i am going crazy because i have to wait till friday to find out my results. Did/does any one else feel like this that passed????
