Hi, I'm kat, i'm in my final year a nursing college in the uk and was hoping to do my three week elective placement in texas, i've been doing some research not sure if it will be possible yet though. Just wondered if you had any suggestions on possible places to look at. I'd really love to get out their. Thanks

Thats fantastic news, :rotfl: That's the uni i'm at (Anglia ruskin). If others have doen it then there's hope for me yet. As for the cost, i've just given up smoking and i'm using this trip to keep me me going, what ever i spent on cigs, in now being saved in my " trip to the US fund, he he". Hi all, I'm in my final year at nursing college and my elective placement is coming up in october, I would really love to spend the three weeks in the US, however i'm not sure if i'll be allowed. Hi all, I'm a third year student nurse in England and would love to spend my three week elective placement in texas. As i've never been there before i'm not sure where to look and their are some many lovely places. Any suggestion that you think would be worth considering would be much appreciated. I'm planning on coming over to you in October. P.s Just wondering, what's the weather like in october?
