hi there.. hope this will help... Credentials Evaluation Services or CES is an evaluation of your foreign nursing educaton done by CGFNS.it is not a test. for nurses,usually the required report is "healthcare profession & Science Course-by course report" and you need more or less $ 278 fee to be paid to CGFNS. but to be sure, ask BON in your state what kind of report do they need? to apply for this, you need to download the application forms from the cgfns web site CGFNS International and the application handbook also, to help you for the entire process. good luck!

im preparing to take the nclex this yr...and as i read these threads...especially from those who have taken the test,from those who passed and those who failed....well,it gives me chills...overwhelming!!!(butterfly in my guts..) anyway,my question is what other id can be presented when i'll take the test? i got married last yr,and i had my passport a yr before that. most of my ids still bears my maiden name. will they accept these? thank you..

Hi Jolie, thanks for the reply... St. Elizabeth's is in west division street in Chicago,Illinois. Its a recruitment contract of 3yrs., and they will be the one to sponsor me. Im in the Phils. preparing to take my NCLEX.

hi, im new here..and happy to come across this site.. may i ask if anyone's working in St. Elizabeth's hospital here? im an out of state nurse with a yr of experience. i signed a 3 yrs. contract with this hospital offering 23/hr. Is the salary fair? and hows the working environment and work load? thanks in advance!!!
