Thanks guys, that's pretty much how i answered it. I also said that even second hand smoke can have a second day positive result depending on the levels of THC in the pot. 1st pharm assignment down .....11 more to go. And ....there were 4 questions and it took a whole page typed for ....drum roll.....1 point.

Hey guys, i am doing an assignment for pharm. One of the questions state..."You have a life long friend who has been smoking pot since high school. This friend comes to your house to visit and wants you to party with her. What are your legal responsibilities related to your nursing license?" I have some ideas but nothing really solid. :bugeyes:My book does not really talk about people outside of the work environment, just nurses obligation to the client in the workplace. Can anyone help by sharing their views. Thanks so much in advance.

Hey guys, i am from the westbank, and i also will be starting at Charity in Jan. (evening division). I bought all the books and supplies in the beginning of October. Most of the paperwork, i had done already because i was accepted into the program this fall, but had to ask for a deferment for the spring semester because i had just given birth to my daughter. Anyway, the only thing i have left to do is, 1. get the liability insurance (which is super easy to do online - i tried doing it online in October, but it has to be within 2 months of when you need it, so i will probably do that at the end of December) 2. I have to go get the TB test done Jan. 2 at the St. Charles Health Unit - $20.00. ( I got all my vaccines done there - the only thing is the meningococcal was $100.00, but it's worth it.) 3. Get the Nurse pak at City park bookstore. P.S. Buying the books online are cheaper. I compared prices with Delgado's bookstore (barnes and nobles), Amazon and Chimes. And it was a lot more cheaper for me buying online. I got all my books new, and since you don't pay taxes or pay for shipping on Amazon.com , it works out really well.

Hey guys, i am new to this. I got my acceptance letter for fall 07 on Thursday, December 21st. I am really excited!! When i called and asked someone in the office about the status of my file, they told me that letters should be going out in January.......BUT.... i am happy i got mine before Christmas!!! This was the best Christmas present!! I am sure more letters will start going out!! Good Luck to everyone. If there is anyone out there that will be starting next fall 07...send me a personal message....we can start getting stuff ready for next year!!! One thing that i need to note... i applied in Feb. 06 and i was very patient about the process. When i got the letter it was unexpected!!! I made a 120 on the PAX, an okay score. I really thought i had failed that test!......SO HANG IN THERE!!!
