  1. Hiii every one im a deploma nurse, with only 6 months of experience in outpatient clinics. I feel that im lossing all what i have learned in college. but im increasing my skills in paper works, entering MDs orders in the computer, taking vital signs and moving patients in-out of the clinic. Do you think this is ZERO real nursing experience really i want to learn more and more about diseases, nursing diagnoses, interventions ...etc but i miss the motivation. who have any advise, pls help
  2. ^ yes we are human beings, we have sexual desire, and we still have bad nurses (male or female) please while talking about this topic, don't forget about the female nurses being with a male patient, because its just the same. Some time the patient will start the move!! (Sorry). in this situation, also the female nurse needs a male nurse to be there in the room with her to make sure that the male patient is not doing anything wrong.
  3. i prefer to use mapore (primapore), because it has a foam which means the ablility to absorb alot of oozing. on the other hand, its easy to remove and not harmful on the skin. Its a white dressing, so if its full of pus or blood you can see it from outside before you open the dressing. im wondering why you will use tegaderm or duoderm while their are not absorbing this much of drain?
