dear vicky i just want to get a piece of advice from you,i am newly appointed clinical instructor in one of private hospital here in Kuwait,our hospital has been runned by those nursing personnel considered have an obsolete nursing practice fell on the standard of care of nursing,and unfortunately management decided to go on accreditation but seemed that it requires alot of effort to change a customary practice.The documentation is really ridiculous and i cant imagine that it really happened.The clinical practice even the fundamental is fell on the wrong way.Would you mind to help and give some guide on how to manage this,furthermore ,my DON was given an task in making documentation policy do have any helpful website that would probably can help me to sort out this problem.
