Hi Lei, thats good news! I am just so happy for you... we starting communicating in this forum years ago and now things are moving now. I havent received my interview packet yet. I am having technical problems with the priority date, all these years I thought my PD in december 20, 2005 as it is the received date on my Notice of action in USCIS form.But when I inquired NVC is telling me PD is December 22, 2005... Oh well, will just have to wait a little more:D Keep us posted how your interview went. Thanks!

Hi Savian, I am not sure why you have received that email, I have read from another forum a nurse close to your pd received same kind of email. Maybe its best to contact your lawyer re this email. My PD is Dec 2005, case complete for the 2nd time April 2008 btw.

Does it affect your TWP application if you include your family? does the process takes longer and does the chance of getting denied is higher if you include your family? I asked this because most of the agencies here in the Philippines don't allow the family to be included not to affect the principal applicant. Thank you.

My past employer received it employment verification April 19, 2009 and I was the one who mailed it to SRNA after my employer signed it. But til now I haven't recvd my checklist...

Hi nursemich, yes I did. I just got tired of waiting for packet 4(US).... To date, I think SRNA received everything but I haven't heard from them yet. Im just getting worried of SEC, I hope I will not have to take it...

Its $10... I did the same thing last year and I sent both $60 check and $10 check... they did not cashed out the $60 check. Hope this helps.

I think everyone has his own opinion on whether the dates would move back or forward.... But the truth is no one can really predict how far it would move and how far it would retrogress. I think its just a matter of waiting of the official visa bulletin. Just my opinion. God bless us all.

Based from my experience, I wrote CA-brn a month and half before and they did not respond to any of my inquiry. I tried emails, mails and been calling them. So I thought that it was best to transfer my results to VT. but got the extension from CA-brn dated days AFTER my file expired. On my own personal opinion, CA-brn will only extend your file when it is already near your expiration date.

Hi Neneng, I also called NVC and the same message since April 24. I've been case complete for the last 3 months and haven't attempted to talk to costumer representative from the NVC since I don't think they will have something to tell if the visas are unavailable. Though I think its a good sign that our messages hasn't change. Hoping on October we'll have the same place as June's VB and will not have to repeat the same thing again.

No news for me. Its a wait game til Oct. Though NVC autoresponse hasn't change, still "case complet april 24......". pd dec2005
