Anyone have to wear Dove Apparel?
I used Dove apparel during nursing school. It turned off white the second year. Dove claims that their products are stain proof, but it isn't. I recommend bleaching once a month or using oxyclean.

How to prepare for our CCU/ICU Semester
Hello Everyone, It's summer for me now finally! And what more to wonder and ask all of you how we should prepare this summer for CCU/ICU in Fall, which is in 3 months? These are my ideas on what to review: ABG's & F&E's, read nursing magazines? What else am I missing? All your input and help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a wonderful summer... Lin

Clinicals
Hi Everyone, I am currently finishing my first semester as a RN student and have a couple questions..Does anyone have a list of things to be aware of when giving medications? For instance...knowing not to pass out meds to a patient going through a procedure - dialysis. Allergies? Does the patient have any newly prescribed meds? I just want to get an idea from everyone because I have come across giving meds and did not know what to do. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Long Beach City College
Hi everyone. I applied to a couple RN programs (spring 2008) - pasadena city college, long beach city college, glendale community college, and mount st. mary's. I just received a letter from LBCC that I am #2 on the alternate list. What are my chances of getting accepted from the alternate list at LBCC? Thanks for your help!
