Hi, Just need your advice,comments on agencies. I have offers but i don't know if the offers are for real. Or if they will really do what they promised. Im an nclex passer, and passed the english exam. One agency said I will be the one to pay the immigration $195 and it will be reimbursed to me once I start working for them. Is this the standard procedure? doesn't it that the contract should have a specific hospital/facility placed on it, so you know where or what area you will be placed? Because so far, the contracts that I have received doesn't place a specific facility or hospital. Please advise.

try suzannes plan.it works! just use saunders. i passed using suzannes plan and using saunders book only. it was my 3rd try and i passed!

:balloons: Yes, if feels good. Thanks everyone! After the several attempts, i was really down. I thought its the last for me. But after reading the encouragemnts and doing the suzanne plan, my confidence grew. Especially after checking my answers on the last page and im getting good grades. It really perked me up. Ive gone to a review center but to no avail. Until i was really desperate since my finances was getting low and i can't afford to go to another review center anymore. So I have no other option but to do self study, which i thought at first was really the end. So im really thankful to suzanne. And she gave her 'plan' for FREE! Thanks again suzanne! You've given me confidence to go forward! Now im telling it to all my friends...to use suzanne's plan. But they have to read the 1st plan here at the web. Since that's much better. And only use SAUNDER's. The other books that I used...well... its gathering dust right now. Now, im looking for an agency here. But I don't know where to start! Please i need advices. Since my friends so far had difficult encounters with the agencies they went to, and their having problems with contracts and agreements. Please, advice? What forum will i go, to get advice? Is it better to be a 'direct hire'? Advice please.:uhoh21:

I Passed NCLEX! Just received the news today! Thanks Suzanne for your Saunder's 'tip'! I just read Saunders, and nothing else! Even though I was not able to get your 2nd plan, i just kept on reading Saunders! thank you so much! :balloons: And to all members of this site, thank you all for the encouragements! I was given about 7 or 8 innovative questions, which had my stress level shoot up! and about 3-5 fill in the blanks type of questions which is computation! But i just think of saunders and know that ive read it. Thank you suzanne! You really helped!

Anyone, please help me. Im new here. Just registered. I took NCLEX 2 times already but still i failed. I will be taking the 3rd - not yet scheduled it. Since im still in the depressed stage. Just received the news yesterday... Hope you can give me words of encouragement... I'm a Filipina nurse and i have registered in California. 1.My registration will be expiring in February2007. Do i need to re-apply again to register again? Since its so near already to expiring? 2.How many times can I take the exam in california? Is there a limit to the number of times that i can take the exam in california? 3.What method can I use to study? Im using a book by a local author "ABC of Passing NCLEX". I have a Saunder's book 3rd edition with CD, but I just recently bought it , since my friends say that its a very good book. But i don't know how to start. Since im worried ,that my registration is near expiring already and i have to pass it. Since my finances is in the low right now. I cannot afford review centers here since its so expensive. Please help.
