    Hi to all, Im new to Canada.I worked in India and Ireland as RN.But here the assessment of CNO says Im not quqlified enough to work as a RN.They gave me an option to work as a RPN.Ihad sent again to get assessed as RPN.Now i have some doubts.Can somebody clarify them.Plssssssssss. 1.I desparately wanted to upgrade. How can i do RN 2.What is ur opinion.Is my decision to work as a RPN is right at this time.(i opted that bcoz of my financial condition) 3.Wat will b d difference in salary scale betwn RN and RPN.(7yrs experience) 4.do RPN get all benefits as RN. 5.Is der` ny sites for me to refer the job responsibility of RPN. Im sorry im going on asking qns.I have noone to clarify my doubts. Your inputs on these issues will b grately appreciated. Thanks in advance.
