Im a 16 year old student who is currently taking up her BSN or ADN prerequisites in a community college (not yet sure which path to take). does the path towards BSN cost more than that of the ADN? you see guys, my family has a low income yet, i want to pursue my dream of becoming a BSN graduate. basically, i just want to ask if a child like me, with a low income family, would have a chance to enroll at prestigious universities? people tell me that i'm still young and could perhaps take ADN first then BSN. but the problem is, i want to help my family financially immediately plus the fact that i want to get hold of a BSN diploma. what are your thoughts? you guys are my only hope. i wish you could help me. (calstate long beach-this is my choice) it would really make a big help if you would response to my thread. God bless

ei! is it really hard to get into csulb's nursing program? are chances really slim??i am aware that they have these BASIC and TRIMESTER programs. their difference is that basic takes longer than trimester because it takes 3 years rather than trimester which only takes 2 years. and i am aware that they chose their students by a lottery system!! isn't it kinda unfair if for example, i got good grades from a community college and decided to enter the trimester program and yet my name was not drawn to enter the trimester program??? instead, i was placed at the basic program.. ohhh!!!! dunno!! i dont wanna take chances!!!! i dont!!!! do we really still need to take the TEAS test before enrolling at csulb?? does csulb offer neat financial aid? coz we have low income yet i have big dreams of entering a university. i am sooo clueless.. yet, i wanna enter such university... help me.. your responses would really be much of a great help.

i am really confused on which to take... adn or bsn.. basically, what are their differences in terms of salary? is the difference kinda huge or just a little? i know that bsn takes longer years. in a hospital, does it really matter if you're a aa-rn or bs-rn??? are they treated differently? i am really confused on which to take.. and chances in enrolling at a university are really slim!!! i am also concerned about the time, my dear!! omg! mainly the years!! yet, i wanna have a good position in a hospital. hope you can help me about this. your response would really be a great help.
