  1. i likewise took my nclex last aug 3 and honestly i feel so screwed up after the exam. i also answered 75 items and it felt like the computer gave up on me. my 75th question was about which patient to transfer to MS ward due to an incoming patient at neuro ward. are prioritization questions high yield questions? i got 30 questions regarding prioritization. i am not bragging or anything but during my local nursing licensure exam, i was so mentally exhausted and nearly in tears because it was HARD. now i am so scared because i think the nclex came too easy, it was not what i expected. i ended up feeling more miserable than when i took the local boards. please answer my query. i flew a thousand miles away from my home to take a 75 item test and i still feel like trembling.....
