    The best advice given is to consult your State Nurse Practice Act, in Florida only Physicians and Advanced PICC Registered Nurses insert PICC's. The Infusion Certified LPN provides care for all lines and dressing changes. I believe that there are too many nurses trying to multitask under the guise of nursing shortages and must remember that we are caring for humans and not practikins in the lab.
