    My fiance is a newer nurse (has been on a tele floor for 4 mos now) and is currently looking for a job in the central ohio vicinity. I have received a job near the airport, and now we are looking to move him here as well. The problem is that his current job had a $3000 sign-on bonus and we can't find any hospitals in the central ohio area that offer something similar. We need that bonus but what other hospitals off that in Ohio? So my questions include: what are the hospitals in the Columbus and surrouding areas (Mansfield, Ashland, Lancaster, Newark, or in Cols) offering? What are the wages in general? Shift differentials? Sign on bonuses? Thank you to anyone who can offer any information!!
