Ok RNin08, when did you officially go on the CCC list then? I got on that list 05/2005 and Im still waiting.....Yes GoBear, weve been promised our 2nd and 3rd choice waitlist numbers foreeevvvveeeerrrr and nothing.....And when I last contacted the schools individually, their nursing administrators didnt even have much information about how that whole system worked.

The way I see it, this whole way of one institution controlling it was a baaaaddd idea. Because right now Im on that list but although it says you get 3 schools to choose from in essence, your first choice is realistically the only school you have a shot at getting into. So if I choose school A, but B has a shorter waitlist, even though I have school B as my second choice, anyone with school B as their first choice is going to get in before me. So they have managed to take a system that was badly backlogged and make it way worse for us as students waiting. Its not fair, as someone who applys after me still has a good chance of getting into school before me, based on the school they chose. Without this system I would have chosen 3 schools and gone to whatever one I could get into first.....this now prevents me.....its completely ridiculous. And the administrator is so overwhelmed as shes dealing with everyone registration, you dont even get a waitlist for your other 2 choices. What master minds these people were!
