hello... i am working on an assignment for psychology and trying to figure out something that i have to finish tonight. my professor gave us a list of the classes scores on a recent test and told us to give the mean, median, mode and range. here's the part that is throwing me for some dumb reason. he wants me to establish a line graph showing the respective scores in decending order from highest to lowest for the class, plotting the scores against the independent variable versus the dependent variable. how would i set this up? what would go on the vertical axis and what would go on the horizontal axis? i fele like a complete retard, help!

taking statistics beginning this coming saturday and am a little nervous. i got the book a couple days ago and it might as well be written in japanese. should i be worried about this class if i haven't opened a math book in about 10yrs? i last took college algebra and finite math way back then, math is definitely NOT one of my favorite things. just wanted to see if any other math phobics felt this way and what the outcome was... plus, what type of calculator do i need to show up with on saturday? thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
