can somebody tell me on whats the best book i should study for psychiatric nursing. I've search one book in google and its Essentials of psychiatric mental health nursing by Mary C. Townsend..I dont know if this is the best to study for NClex RN. I appreciate the response.thanks.

ok.. i got ur point..she is already a resident and a greencard holder so she is already legally able to work.She is a not regestered nurse in philippines but a BSN graduate only. Now she wants to become a license nurse here specifically in california but she doenst know how to and doenst hjave any idea on how start the process to become an RN. anywebsite u can recommend?thank u so much.

i came here in USA as a fiancee visa. should i make a letter of explanation that i was not a regestered nurse in the philippines the form Ny license authorization is not applicable to me..?

i am applying for NCLEX NY and having my credentials verified by CGFNS,i am really confuse on what to do cos im already on the step where i have to print documents.Indicates a required document for printing are the following : NY application,Ny license authorization,NY transcript auhtorization and payment voucher. what i just understand is the NY license auhtorization. what is this all about? what regestration athourity should i put on that letter? I am not licensed holder yet in the philippines cos i dint mind taking the local board cos i am already about to leave for US and now i am already here in NY? can somebody help me pls on what to do?

hi im here again..i will be applying this month for the nclex exam here in NY state. i came here in us tru fiancee visa and now i am married already. my question is do i still have to report to my school before i will regester for the nclex exam that i am already married so that they could change my single name into my married name in my credentials . cos i know the the cgfns will be the one who will verify my credentials in the philippines. what about applying with my single name still so that they can really verify my credentials in my school.. will that compliucates my application if they found out that i am married...can somebody pls share me thier experience who had the same situation with me..thanks.

hi to everyone.i dont know if this is the right thread to post my question but in a few months from now i will be regestering for the nclex exam here in NY state.i am aware that the CGFNS will be the one who will verify my credentials in my school in the Philippines. Now my question is i was just married 3 months ago and i am using now my husbands last name. I graduated last year of April. So what do i have to do now..do i still have to change my maiden name into my married name in my school before regestering for the nclex exam?what is the process in doing it? im really confuse on what to do..can somebody help me pls...thanks!!!!

can somebody pls give me a tip on what to write in my resume..i am a fresh graduate of BSN and no working experience yet. when im searching online mostly they prefer to hire with working experience so i want to put something in my resume that will convince them to hire me....i hope somebody can help me,..thanks

i already applied for SSN the other day and they say that i will be recieving it within 10 days to 2 weeks and fiancee visa's are allowed to work legally till my I-94 expires and it will be on april 24,2007.Suzane i really appreciate ur replies i hope u wont mind me asking again about this. i am a BSN graduate so im i allowed also to take the NCLEX-PN or graduate of BSN can only take NCLEX-RN?cos i am planning to take NCLEX-PN too. your reply is really much appreciated
