    I Have Applied For Tx License By Endorsement, And Have Run Into A Snag. I Had Checked "yes" To The Eligibility Question Regarding History Of Arrests--i Was Arrested For Dui Back In 1978. Even Though My Fbi Background Check Was Negative, This "yes" Answer Has Cost Me $150.00 And A 3-6 Month Review Process! I Have Already Moved To Texas, Not Having Anticipated This Problem, Especially Since Last Year I Had No Problem Getting My Ca License Endorsed In Ok. Has Anyone Had Such An Experience? Does It Really Take 3-6 Months? Is There Any Way To Expedite This? Thanks In Advance For Your Input.
