Well, I just can say the US laws are not easy to understand at all. My school career service center director told me that there are always greencard available for nurses becuase US needs thousands of nurses to work here. I really have no ideal who I am going to trust. Desperate is the only world I can use to describle my feelings. Now I just hope some miracles will happen to me.

Thanks!!!! I get it. I will be cautioned to rephrase the word when I have chance to speak to an interviewer next time. I did talk to an immgration attorney yesterday,who also suggested me that I should find an employer beofore the end of this month. It seems that this month is the last chance to file greencard petition. (I don't know if it is the right term). I feel so bad about all the suitation. I will try very hard to get hired before. Dear Suzanne: thank you very much for your answer. My OPT visa has already kicked off in this month. That means my time is ticking away. Since I want to saty in US after my OPT visa expired, I still have to find a sponsor want can file greencard applicaiton for me. As I know that nurses are qualifed to apply greencard, is that correct? In case I will decide to stay in US after one year, it is bett for me to ensure that I can get sponsorship in the first place. Do you by any chance know any hospital in Massachusetts do sponsorship?? Until now, I can't find anyone and the result is really frustrating. Thank you for your help.

Yes, I do have OPT visa right now. The MA license endorsement is now under processing.

Dear Allnurses members: I am just licenced as a RN in NY in this April. Now, I am looking for nursing job in Massachusetts. Since I have no friend here who has same visa prblem as I do, I am asking for help form you. I just graduated from school in Boston this summer. I am urgently seeking for a job which will offer sponsorship for an international student or foreign nurse. Does anyone know any hospital, human resource agent ,or recruiter would like to provide sponsorship in "Massachusetts, USA"?? Please be kind to let me know.
