hi, dorimar. wow....it definitely sounds like it is del webb's loss! you sound like a wonderful nurse, good luck with your goals! i am glad to hear your experience there was a pleasant one because i have decided to work through a registry, and they're offering me a 13 week contract with del webb. it's 15 mins. away from my future home, in surprise. it will be on 40-bed telemetry unit. am leery-haven't been at the bedside in 4 years! my background is er, iccu, med-surg, etc, etc.... if i like it there, i might stay and eventually get into managment. i also want to get my msn, started but never finished. anyone work in telemtry at del on days?? if so, what's the nurse/patient ratio? how's the manager/staff? anyone registered with an agency called medix? what they're offering sounds promising; a pay rate close to what my per diem rns were making here in ny (i was a manager of an outpatient interventional radiology center), med/den/vision after 30 days, relocation of $500/month, & completion bonus. i'm not sure if they offer any other bennies, as yet. does this sound good?? i've never worked with a "contract." once again, i appreciate all of your responses:loveya: live, love, laugh :heartbeat :chuckle

I think I'm leaning towards St. Joseph's. What about Maricopa Medical Center?? Who pays the highest? Highest relocation pay? Anyone know what the commute time is from Surprise to St. Joseph's? Appreciate all of your responses:thankya:
