hey there, i just started my lvn program this past august. don't worry about that test, its not that difficult. do you remember the taas test? its not a whole lot different. have you bought the book yet? if not, you should get it, its really a good indicator of what you'll be doing on the test. there is no special way to answer the reading questions. from what i remember it was more like "what color was timmy's shirt" rather than "what was the meaning behind timmy's shirt". they want to see if you can read quickly and grasp what was being said because once you get in, there is a ton of reading that you have to grasp quickly. last year it was a long passage about hibernating bears. lame and dull. math is just adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and a few conversions inbetween. oh, and just a few very basic algebra problems. get the book. i'm telling you, its a big help. if you're having trouble with your math, go out and buy some 5th and 6th grade workbooks from barnes and noble. i did. it helped a great deal.
