    just got my eligibilty to take the nclex,attached is the letter for interim permit, which states that i should notify the board in writing of entry to the united states, providing a documentary proof of entry and notofication of a personal, home address in calif. should i apply now or upon arrival to california? how do i get that proof of entry? pls help
