dat is what im saying. It's a conflict with my legal signature because she want's me to change it. Isn't this like an identity conflict?

Who are you? You seem to know a lot of this legality stuff. I just mention the board accepted my signature. So should I continue to do it?

Hello everybody, I am from southern california. I work at a nursing facility in the sub acute station. I am really buffled with my clinical coordinator for the past two weeks. She had an issue with the way I do my signature on my nursing notes. She told me to only write my first and last name when I do my signature. She also gave me a warning that If she see's it again. She will write me up. I don't understand why? My signature has been thesame since I was 12yrs old. The board accepted my signature, DMV accepted my signature, joing the navy accepted my signature, and I voted with my signature. So is this even an issue I have to worry about?

Hello how's everybody doing. It's been a long time since I posted something here. I just have a question to everybody out there. I hope somebody can give me an answer or direction to this. I work @ a nursing facility in the sub acute station here in southern california. Today I ask my DON regarding my salary raise. I told her that I submitted my Annual Evaluation to you since february and I was wondering. Why haven't I gotten a raise yet. Her answer was that," It was an annual evaluation it doesn't mean that you are getting a raise". Although last year I did my annual eval from the prior "DON" and I receive a raise from her. So I hope somebody can relate or give me an answer to my question? Is this true that you are not required to receive a raise?

Tell me about it! It is quite a struggle here in California. The wait is just unbearable and rediculous. I am a very patient guy and I just can't believe I'm loosing my cool. I mailed my check since may 9th and it has been 2 weeks. I called them today and they said the average waiting time is 3 to 4 weeks. I mean haven't I waited enough. I failed twice and now that I finally pass I am so excited to recieve my license so I can start to work. I think this issue should be resolved here in California. I think they should hire more people. It is not fair for us here in this great state of california to be tortured like this. I think they should bring in the quick results and an online payment for the license. Thats all I have to say.

It has been a while since I posted a thread. That's because I was frustrated and lost. I failed twice and I didn't know what is the solutions to my problem. I thought and thought about it for more than six months. I was thinking may be I just couldn't pass it or it just wasn't mean to be, but I knew in my heart that this is what I want. About 3 months ago I decided to find a church where I can be a little more active to serve our Lord GOD. I prayed and prayed every single day that he would enlightened and strengthen me. So I can acquire all the knowledge I need to pass the test. Two days ago I recieve my results from NCLEX and I couldn't believe that I passed. I passed because I seek and prayed to our Lord Jesus Christ and he had answered my prayers and who so ever believe in him will also passed the board.

Today I was excited because the results have actually came for 3 weeks of agonizing wait. But when I open it i saw that I did not passed the test. My whole world came falling down. It is very sad for me because I just recently left the military and I have no source of Income and I have 2kids. I really prepared for the test and I thought I was ready because I studied for a month. I guess i have to try and get up and regain myself again. I just pray to the Lord God that this unfortunate events that I am going through will pass. I pray that this is part of his plan and that he has something better waiting for me ahead. Before I end this thread I just wanna pray to the Lord God to help those people who needed it most. I pray that those who studied and deserve it will pass the test. I pray for you all and I thank each and everyone who supported me while I was a waiting for my results. God Bless!

To everybody thank you very much for sharing your experiences at this thread. I feel like you guys understand every bit of feelings that I have. It's been two weeks have passed and I said to myself I am done checking my name through the board of nursing online because there is no records found everytime I checked. I feel like I have failed and I have to start over again. I just can't bare to it. I studied for a month and I even payed 300 dollars to go to a review school called CSHS. The doctor who was teaching that class that If I pass all the test questions they have with a 60 percent for each subject I can pass the NCLEX. I have scored over 95% all the time. I just can't do that all over again.

Hello everybody I have a question for the nurses that had passed the LVN nclex exam. Does your name apear on the board first before you recieve the letter from the mail? Can somebody give me some info I am going crazy of waiting. I felt like I failed coz I have been checking bon online and my name is not on it. I have taken the exam 15 Sept. I felt like there is no hope anymore.

Yes I just got out from the Military and Im proud to say Im a corpsman. Corpsman Up!

Can anybody tell me why California is the Only state who is not in the quick results program. Why is that? Are they trying to kill us with the suspense and anticipation.

I hate this feeling. I have taken the PN nclex last friday and the waiting is killing me.I ran out of time at question 155. What are my chances of passing? Can anybody relate to what I am going through right now? Man it seems as if all I can do is read the threads here in allnurses and so far majority is passing. I pray I am not in the statistics of failures. My Family is counting on me to pass the test. I have prepared myself for a month. I pray all my hard work will pay off.

Hello everybody My name is Al I just recently took the PN Test Last Friday. I feel really awful because I prepared atleast a month before I took the test and I felt like It wasn't enough. I ran out of time and I stop at 155. Now I don't know if i failed it because I ran out of time. I was surprise because I was told the test should stop before the time rans out to determine wether you pass or not. I really don't know what to do. I really prayed for that and ask the Lord God to help me. Everybody is counting on me to pass that test especially my Family. Does anybody have thesame situation where they ran out of time? If they pass or not?
