  1. Some people change, the one's that you'll miss will probably not. I had a nurse manager that wished me "good luck" in the most sarcastic and dismissive way, but that's ok. Don't let it get to you, do your best and keep your head high (it's hard at times I know). I have less critical care experience that many of my co-workers, and that bothers some of them; but you know, I have been a nurse for almost five years, worked hard, got my second degree in Nursing and sacrificed time, money and personal life to get the chance to go to CRNA school. It has not been handed to me, so no apologies to those who don't like it. Best of luck.
