i'm a new member and i'm very glad to be part of this forum. i really enjoy reading the newsletters and concerns of my fellow nurses. i'm from the caloocan city. i'm a newly graduate of nursing and recently passed the local board. i discovered this site while searching for information regarding nclex application. thanks for all the info...it helped me a lot. i'm planning to apply nclex in california. for now, i already received the manual fingerprint card. i don't have any idea how to start my application. where should i pay the fee and how should i mail my application form? how about the manual fingerprint card...do i need to go to the nbi? please help me. thanks very much.
