Hello all, I am really thinking about going active duty once I finish my BSN and was wondering if they work 3x12, or the normal 5x8. Can someone please give me an idea of their work schedule. Thanks! -Frank

True, I'd love to go in and hopefully make some rank before going active, and the school stipend is awesome, just want to make sure I can finish my BSN before they ship me out. Thanks for all your input! -Frank

Hello all, I would like to go in the army active duty but need to complete my BSN first. I can join the reserves with ADN and was wondering if they would deploy me while I was still in school, not the 2 weeks a year thing, but for a year or more. I would like to do reserves until I'm done with my BSN, but my concern is how to finish it if they deploy you. So is there any preference for BSN reserves or would I stand the same chance of going? Thanks! -Frank
