    i am a new grad rn and i have just relocated to nyc from another state. i am having a hard time finding a job. i've sent out resumes to all of the major hospitals and have gotten no interviews so far. i have a good resume, great letters of rec, and an honors society membership... what am i doing wrong??? i have noticed that most major hospitals in manhattan state that a ny license is required in the job postings. does this mean that they will not hire my until my ny license is processed? i do have a license from my home state... any recommendations for job postings and/or networking??
