EB3 (now) USCIS receipt : May 2006 Processing Center : Nebraska I-140 approved : November 2006 NVC case number : MNL2006XXXXXX NVC forwarded packet 3 : July 2007 Packet 3 sent back to NVC : August 15, 2007 NVC case completed : August 27, 2007 Consular Interview : ??? Visa received : ??? Date of entry in the US :??? GC receive : ???? (case completed less than 2 weeks after they received my ds230.. hopefully we will have good news this october... ) keep on praying.. it really works...

how long will the case be completed/approved after filing DS230? (if there are no probelems regarding documents etc.?) is it 6-8 weeks? thanxs!

yes my fee bill was paid this month. my PD was May 2006. well, I have to ask my lawyer if he already received the form. thank you!

I called the NVC yesterday and told me that they are waiting for my DS230 forms. I asked my agent and told me to wait for the new forms of DS230 since the form will expire next week. its my first time to submit ds230 to NVC. thank you ms. suzanne! :>

thanxs for the reply! i already filled out forms like ds230 but i think that's the copy of my agency not the one from NVC. do i also need to fill out ds230 from NVC? i will be submitting my NBI clearance next week but not police clearance. do i need to bring it also? thank you very much!
