    I too am interested in some information about this, as I would like to move to Wisconsin. I am a canadian, australian educated (BSN) and I am curious to know if the TN visa is only a visa or is it a green card or both? Can you apply directly for a green card and skip over the whole TN visa issue if you have an offer of full time employment? Additionally how long does it take for a green card to be issued to nurses (if professions matter) ? I would like to become a permanent resident of the states (WI) while maintaining my Canadian citizenship. Thanks in advance

    Hi, I am currently looking at the option of persuing the CRNA nursing career. However, I am Canadian (where they do not use CRNA's as such) and obtained my BSN from an Australian university (again, where they do not use CRNAs). I would like to live and work in the USA, but for the people who are already in the profession I would like to know if you forsee the CRNA field as an expanding one in order to reduce costs, etc. Thanks
