  1. p.s. What is the salary range after graduation with a Masters from UCSF?
  2. Hi, I am new to this forum. I have been out of school for 3 years, and I have a BA in Literature. I have been working in non-profits and volunteering in the community since and finally figured out I want to pursue nursing. The UCSF program is ideal for me, because I can become a nurse and get my Masters rather than getting another Bachelors or try to get into the highly impacted community college RN programs. My hope is to apply in Oct of 2007, so I have lots of time to prep and do the "right things" to get me in... I would love advice on what those things should be... Anyone get into the program and have adivce on volunteer or GRE scores? Also, how competitive is it? Do I have a chance with a BA in Literature? I know the program's goal is to recruit people with diverse backgrounds, but I'm still worried. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Nidhi
