  1. Yes I am 17, Yes I am still in high school, Yes I am still learning how to be a CNA and some day a RN. I know very little about the medical field as of now, but your post just hit me the wrong way. When I read this the only thing that comes to my mind is that you are a bitter old person that some one once put down, now you are trying to build your self back up by hiding behind screen names and attacking other people. You seem like a bully, or in my generations words "annoying *****". I came to this form in search of info on RNFA from people who work as/with one. Not sarcasm and rude posts That help NO ONE. -wade
  2. So i just got back from the open house at university of louisville, Every thing seems really cool and i cant wait for this last year of highschool to end. The only thing that worries me is I dont think i am ready for college. I am in a CNA program and will take my state bords by the end of school in 07. What are are ways I can prepare for Nursing school in College? I am willing to try any thing. Thankful for any feed back! -wade

  4. Hello, my name is wade and im 17 years of age, I am still in my last year of highschool. I found nursing when i was in my 3rd year of highschool and loved it, After inrolling in my CNA class and working part time in a nursing home " in the dish room lol" i have met alot of nurse's and made new friends. I have researched many paths in the nursing field and found CRNA as the one i really find magnificent. Can any one give me any feedback on CRNA? i would really just like to know more about it from REAL people books and websites just dont cut it. Thanks for your time -wade
  5. YES! one of my only concerns is all the medical terminology & my pronunciation. My pronunciation is very poor and i have to look up many words I come across in medical books. Any one eles have this concern when they started? And any one know any good nursing book's i should read that would help me in the long run? I would love to get as good of a jump as i can. thanks for the posts every one!
