    Hi, Timothy; You think foreigh graduates take a different NCLEX to get a license in the USA? No, they have the same exam, and before it, they take a refresher course about 7 months long. So, everybody who passes the ENCLEX should know the same, right?

    I am looking for someone who had graduated abroad and started a career in this state. I have a RN license of Nevada and 16 years of experience in other country as an OR nurse, current BLS, ACLS, IV therapy and EKG certificates, ..... but still I was able to find a position only in a new grad program. Is it a regular practice in this state?
