  1. Recommendations for studying for the Maternal-Newborn and Inpatient OB certification?

    Hi! I am planning on taking my certification test for Maternal Newborn in a few months. I know this has been asked before, probably, but I wanted to get some ideas from some other OB nurses. What books can you recommend to study for the test? I have heard different things...the website wants you to buy THEIR book of course:uhoh3: , but I don't want to spend money on a book that is going to be useless, as some of them are. What would you all recommend? My roommate, who has been a L/D nurse for 15 years, will be taking her Inpatient Certification this year too and would like to have book recommendations as to what to study too. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am looking forward to posting here in the future! Sam
