    I just found out that I have to take the PBDS for a per diem NICU assisgnment and if I don't pass ... well, no job! As a nurse with pretty severe test anxiety, I am just a little FREAKED out! Help! I've tried finding information, but have not been able to locate anything about the test, (beside what I have read here.) I noticed a reference to "old threads", but am unsure what they are or how to locate them. Can anyone shoot me in the right direction? Thanks!
