you are all right-the answer is in unity--why do you think the hospitals are so afraid of a union? I knew one guy in Tulsa that literally got run out of town--the nurses are beat down--the union that one guy almost got going--some of the nurses took bribes to vote against it-i was ashamed of my fellow nurses--i gave up and decided to get my masters and try to work for myself

Hi-I am an RN living in southeastern OK because my mom is elderly and needed my help. I quit a good job to come here. My specialty is psych nursing-there are no jobs here so I want to create my own job. I have an idea about putting in a home health agency or subcontract with an existing agency and do psych home mental health--my problem is, although I know alot about psych, I don't know the first thing about subcontracting my services-how can i protect my interests? How can I go into an agency and act like I know what I am talking about? Please help me anyone--my mom needs me close by her-right now i am doing weekends 100 miles (one way) away dl
