Are the pay and benefits packages the same?

Haven't been there and didn't know the racetrack closed. I did know it's not a booming area. My husband is looking at a church in the area and I'd have to chose between the hospitals in the area.

Any info on Rockingham or Hamlet?

Does anyone know anything about Richmond Memorial Hospital or Sandhills Regional Medical Center?We are thinking of moving to Rockingham and was wondering which hospital is better for RNs: pay, benefits, schedules, etc.I prefer to work in NICU units, but have experience in Med/Surg and Surg. I prefer the shedule for Surgical, but hate the call time. I see online, that both these hospitals have openings in surgery.Does anyone have any info on either hospital, for an RN w/8 yrs experience?

I have finally moved to Warren, AR. and got settled in. I went to work for Bradley county. Low pay, expensive insurance, but 30 seconds from the house. When we got here someone at church said that there was a course you could take in AR, to become an instructor. Does anyone know anything about what ity would take to become and instructor.
