  1. im going for my adn b/c all the lpn programs are too far for me to travel right now. i was wondering, after my first year can i take the nclex-pn and then continue with my adn and then take the nclex-rn, or would that be too much?
  2. hey, if you want to do this, go for it! i will be 40 this year and i am going to go for it next fall. heck, if i can do it, i know you can, lol. and if i dont make it in, at least i put forth the effort and did by best and then some. i will probably go into sociology then. but in the meantime, im a medical assistant student, divorced with 5 kids, 41 credit hours towards a human service degree i obvoiusly didnt finish, and i suck at math, but im going to use this opportunity to study, get some free tutoring, and get myself ready for this!
  3. i am a medical assistant student who would like to become a mental health nurse. I have done a little research, but it can get a little confuesing. I figuared i would pursue an associates in nursing after i pass the entrance exam, what should i do after that? I do have some credit hours towards a degree in human services so the mental health part isnt much of an issue. Do i just declare nursing or specify what field from the start?
