Hello all. Just got back from Vancouver today. Here's the scoop. Questions: "why nursing" "strengths/weaknesses" "what are qualities of a nurse" "name a time you were confronted with a problem, and how did you deal with it" "experience working with people" "give examples where you have been in leadership roles" Essay Questions pick from one of the three 1) what is the biggest challenge of the bc medical system at this time. 2) describe what you believe the primary roles of a nurse are as part of an integrated health care team. 3) what do you thing the most important bodies of knowledge are in the study of nursing. At the end you have an opportunity to talk about yourself, so be prepared for that. The interviewer were very friendly, and did their best to make me feel at ease. Just be yourself. Hope this helps. Hello, I've just got a quick question for you all today. On thursday I was given an interview for the accelerated BSN program at UBC. The interview is set for this monday, and at present I'm frantically trying to prepare for the interview. I was wondering if you could give me some feedback as to the interview itself....ie questions, number of interviewers...etc. Thank you so much for your help. Darrell
