  1. We are currently leaving the guidewire in the PICC line and removing after we have confirmation of SVC placement. What do others do and why. We were under the impression that the PICC line was more visible with the guidwire left in. We would love some feedback, thanks.
  2. I am about to approach the hospital that I am currently on a leave of absence from since some drug use came to light. I am currently in an IOP program and have begun a road to recovery program (random urine drug screens). I attend daily aa meetings which had been a big part of my life. I had 22 years of sobriety and then decided to try to drink again. It led me to the drugs within 1 1/2 years. Fortunately I was caught thus allowing the opportunity to get my life back on track. I am curious to hear from anyone that may have had a similar experience who has returned to work. How did that take place and how has it been for you since you returned to work. any comments will be appreciated - thanks
