:balloons: Hello, I am newly registered in this forum.working as a nurse for a couple of years.currently i am in the final lap of getting my immigrant visa to U.S,attached with a placement agency named W.G in Brooklyn ,NEWYORK.Recently i received an updated contract from them which was very disappointing.i was already a signed party with this firm for 2 years&this new contract have some drastic changes from my previous contract.the amount i need to pay in the event of termination is three times higher when compared to the previous contract.I would like to know whether there is any set standards in NY state about how the placement agency need to charge their clientsif any of them break their contarct?until now my communication with them was smooth but now i am having second thoughts.did any one of you who is registered with this agency get the new contract?is there anything fishy? thankyou
